Ingredients

3 lbs Ground meat

Produce

6 cloves Garlic
2 Onions, large
2 bunches Scallions
2 28-ounce cansTomatoes, whole fire-roasted

Canned goods

2 cups Chicken stock
2 tbsp Tomato paste

Condiments

2 tbsp Hot sauce, red
2 tbsp Hot sauce, green

Baking & spices

6 tbsp Chile powder
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Beer, wine & spirits

1 12-ounce bottleBeer, dark
