Chicken Pot Pie
One of my favorite recipes on this blog is the recipe for Chicken Pot Pie (under Sunday’s meal plan.) It has a creamy, thick homemade filling. So good! The crust is made with a puff pastry but you can also use a refrigerated pie crust. It is pure comfort food during these cold winter days. Also, make sure you check out the White Chicken Chili (under Wednesday’s meal plan) recipe below. I experimented with that recipe and made some cornbread dumplings to drop in it and it turned out to be one of my best recipes!
