It looks like Pico de gallo mixed in with a vinaigrette, except the taste is much sweeter from than a traditional pico as you are replacing the jalapeno with green pepper. There is something about the combination of this with the white wine vinaigrette that make a great simple topping for your steak. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley or a pinch of dried
1/8 cup of white wine vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil
5 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions:
Season steaks with cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and a little salt n' pepper. Allow to rest at least 30 minutes prior to grilling Finely dice tomato, onion, green pepper, and parsley and mix together in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup white wine vinegar and then slowly whisk in olive oil. If it looks like it needs more liquid you can add more vinegar/oil at a 1 part to 2 part ratio. You can make this this the day before if you would like. Heat your grill to high heat for about 10 min and grill the steaks for about 4 minutes then flip. Cook steaks an additional 3-4 minutes until desired doneness. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes and then serve topped with the Brazilian vinaigrette.
