- 3 cups Yellow onions

- 3/4 cup Chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tsp Tomato paste
Condiments
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cupWorcestershire sauce
Baking & spices
- 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, good
Bread & baked goods
- 1 1/2 cups Bread crumbs, plain dry
