Caramel Apple Cobbler Recipe

For Apples
6 apples, peeled and sliced thin (I used a mixture of Gala and Granny Smith)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSPs granulated sugar
For Caramel Sauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
For Cobbler Batter
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 tsps vanilla extract
